The motorcycle crossed into the truck's lane, police say.

A preliminary investigation showed that a 2002 Kawasaki motorcycle and a 2013 Freightliner box truck were traveling north on Georgia Avenue approaching University Boulevard West in parallel lanes when the motorcycle entered the truck's lane and the vehicles collided, police said.
Ega Egbemimon Edorh-Ananou, 31, of the 3200 block of Walters Lane, died at the scene, officers said.

I observed a horrible motorcycle accident on Ga. Ave 4 years ago.
Two motorcyclists were driving between cars on the white divider marks at 80 miles per hour. After they passed me I noticed the second one didn't seem as skilled as the first. A few moments later i saw parts flying in the air.
Right by where Ga. Ave and University Blvd merge the second operator had hit someone and gone flying. He was dead.
Many of these motorcyclists weave through traffic and take horrible chances.
