What’s the verdict on Chinese food in Wheaton?

The food blog Hungry Like the Bear recently reviewed Full Key Restaurant on University Boulevard and had nothing but praise for its food, atmosphere and prices. Get the scoop on menu items like the roast duck, shrimp wonton soup and baby clams in black bean sauce. One drawback was that the restaurant apparently does not have an alcohol license.
