I have a question... the county installed wheelchair ramps and blind plates in the median in connceticut ave (near where the person was killed) where there is no intersection or crosswalk... my question is who pays the claim when a blind person in a wheelcahir gets run over trying to cross a six lane highway in between intersections when the cars are flyig by at 55 mph?
Second question.... why do we waste money on things like this when we have giant potholes everywhere that will trip up a blind person AND a person in a wheelchair?
