Have You Seen the New Firehouse Sign?

It gets your attention!

We spotted the new sign going up at the Kensington fire station at Connecticut and Plyer's Mill.

Have you seen it in action?

It lights up with messages of, "Have a Safe Halloween" and "Drive Safely," among others.

What do you think of the sign? Tell us in comments.

Thw electric LED sign replaced was relatively new. Looks like a waste of money!

I believe the former sign was 10 years old, at most.

I very much like the new sign. Looks great and adds to great job that our
firemen do day in and day out without a whole lot of fan fare. Cudos to
Kensington Volunteer Fire Department!

It's too Vegas-like, especially in a town of Victorian homes, and which is trying to do a facelift to look nicer.
