A new Kohl's department store will celebrates its grand opening Wednesday in Aspen Hill.

A Superfresh occupied the space at 3901 Aspen Hill Road, but the store closed in 2011 after its parent company filed for bankruptcy, according to the Washington Business Journal.

Kohl's is hiring for the following full-time hourly positions at its Aspen Hill location: Area supervisors, customer service supervisors, department sales supervisors, operations area supervisor, jewelry sales specialist, loss prevention supervisor, shoes sales specialist and more.

Update: This article has been corrected to reflect the fact that Kohl's opened earlier this week, but is celebrating its grand opening on Wednesday.
