Having served as a Montgomery County Voting Judge for several General and Primary Elections, I see much benefit in On-Line Voting Registration.My eperience has been that many Montgomery County Residents are very busy people. My experience has also been that numerous would-be voters show up at the Voting Precincts assuming that that they can vote even though they are NOT properly registered. This electronic voter registration option is a good thing and hopefully will result in more people registering and votng.

I wonder how many dead Marylanders will be using the online registration.

All fine and good but Md politicians (democrats) and the State BOE, cover up the fact that MANY people that are here illegally get to vote in OUR elections because the democrats in MD, do not agree with the REAL ID. The libs can't cover up their lies now that making people show thir ID at the polling places is going to "disenfranchise the poor and the elderly" because they can't afford an ID. "You need one to register online". I feel ALL people of MD should have a say in making ALL those who show up to vote to produce a REAL ID. Also, those in the MVA who produce false ones for illegals and those groups that cheat the MD taxpayers and voters, like casa of MD, shall be fined and imprisioned for their crimes. Too bad the liberal democrats look the other way. People (democrats and the BOE) should be ashamed for their actions and crimes agains the people. WAKE UP PEOPLE OF MARYLAND, ESPECIALLY YOU LIBS IN MOCO.

The truth is that the Maryland Democratic Party (MDP) has allowed and is allowing undocumented aliens to vote state-wide, in violation of Federal and Maryland law. It appears that MDP has deemed that U.S. citizens, especially those who are white and who work with their hands, to be 3rd-class citizens who do not deserve State protection.

Online registration can be checked and remedied. Machine voting can't. I prefer a paper ballot, so I can make sure it at least gets in the box.
As for dead voters, My dad died 30 years ago, and is still voting in Chicago.

would love to move to VA but can't afford to make the move. A neighbors of my mother's who is foreign born applied for her citizenship they must do some type of background check and found she was a registered voter. She was deported!

Michael Malone new this year to the BOElections is you best contact, Then Mary Waggoner... please write letters documenting any voter irregularities or ballot r(like the sample not matching the electronic ballot which happened in more than one precinct this year.) These two will actually read your letters and not file it in the circular file. I've been complaining about the ballot issue since Primary Day. So I am writing a letter.. Be sure to copy all your elected officials on it too and teh Federal Board of Elections as well., and oh the party affected by the irregularity.

Great People. Non-Patisan Organization enfranchising those who are legally allowed to vote. Dead People and Illegal Immigrants aren't legal voters.

In fact, I would go so far as to say that illegals voting in America are disenfranchising Americans. The Bush Gore Fiasco was decided by something like 700 votes. I am pretty sure there are 700 registered voters out that shouldn't be on the rolls. And that's just Dead people. In fact in one preliminary search True the Vote found THOUSANDS in one state, so I'd venture to say illegals voting DOES impact the legal votes, the outcome of the election and the sovereignty of The United States of America.

In 1998, an ACORN contractor arrested for falsifying 400 voter registration cards. Colorado 2005 – 2 ACORN employees convicted for submitting false voter registration cards. Colorado 2004 – an ACORN employee arrested for forging voter registration forms to allow 3 people to vote 40 times. Connecticut 2008 – NY Post reported ACORN registered a 7-year old child. Florida 2009 – 11 ACORN workers arrested for forging voter registrations. 197 of 260 registrations contained personal ID information that did not match any living person. Indiana 2008 - officials threw out 4,000 fraudulent ACORN submitted voter registrations. Ohio 2008 – ACORN activist paid people to register with cigarettes and cash. If there is really fraud in voting in Maryland, I want to see proof not accusation. We all know that dead people's name in the voter data takes time to be deleted. This is a problem as is with voters who move and don't change their address with the BOD. Has anyone in Maryland really tried to vote using a dead person's identification?

My cousin in Georgia told me a new law was passed in her state that when one gets a license renewed one must provide proof of ID. Her license expires in October and she need to provide proof of citizen. She went to the SSA office after losing her SS card and asked for a duplicate SS card. She was required to show proof of citizenship or a birth certificate (which she has neither). As myself she was not born in the US and does not have a birth certificate. Her mother is looking for my cousin's naturalization papers which will solve my cousin's requirement to prove her citizenship. My cousin has been in the United States since 1959. Only now is she faced with providing proof of citizenship (has been here legally). She is in support of the new law, but also an example of how difficult it can be if you don't have proper documentation. Getting a replacement for naturalization costs either $600 or $345 and will require at least 6 months.

I pray my aunt finds my cousin's naturalization document. People need to realize the importance of official documents and what they mean.
