There was an armed robbery at the AT&T store in Wheaton at 11427 Georgia Avenue Sunday afternoon, according to Montgomery County police. Two male suspects, both armed with guns, came inside the store, police spokesperson Angela Cruz said.

The robbery occurred shortly before 5 p.m.

Montgomery County police are investigating a possible armed robbery Sunday afternoon in the 11400 block of Georgia Avenue.

Police spokesperson Melissa Valerio said that the call came in at 4:48 p.m. Sunday. Two male suspects were involved and one was armed with a gun, she said.
