Hurricane Sandy has not stopped "Scary Perry," the annual Halloween tradition in Kensington.
Trick-or-treaters were welcome from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday along Perry Avenue between Lexington and St. Paul streets in Kensington. The road closed to cars from 5-10 p.m.
Meredith Eriksen has been decorating her home on Perry Avenue each Halloween for more than a decade.
"We're big on bad puns," she said.
