Wheaton's Target recently began offering produce and expanded their grocery section. Food now represents a full quarter of the top floor of the Wheaton store, a majority of it shelved package items and expanded freezer offerings.  Maya Chaplin, a manager at the store said that the renovation had doubled their food offerings, including the produce section and larger selection of pantry goods. Cristina Ristorante Italiano is a small, but busy restaurant on University Boulevard that serves up Italian entrees - as well as a lunch menu. Walking to New Kam Fong, I got a glimpse inside the kitchen, which has a door on a side street. The first thing I noticed are the numerous aquatic tanks holding a variety of fishes and lobsters. The fish were swimming around and around, seemingly in good condition, the water crystal clear.
