The event will highlight our Community Health Assessment (CHA) recentely completed. The CHA provides the foundation for improving and promoting the health of a community. Our goal is to ensure our community outreach activities address critical and timely public health needs.
All community members, partners, and organizations are welcome to attend.
Parking is available and light refreshments will be provided.
