Learn the hows and whys of pollination and the pollinator's role in the whole process. We will look specifically at the docile Orchard Mason Bees. Mason bees are not only excellent pollinators, but they are easy to maintain. The program includes building a mason bee hive for participants to take home. Register at ParkPASS.org.

Located in Wheaton Regional Park, Brookside Nature Center offers nature programs, nature activities and summer camp programs. The center is home to live reptile, amphibian and fish exhibits, trails, boardwalks, bird, butterfly and native plant gardens, insect and mammal displays and a children's nature discovery area.
