Paws; are you wild about Wild Ginger or a sucker for native Honey Suckle? We can service your berry. Come to the Brookside Gardens’ inaugural native and edible plant sale on Saturday, May 5 from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Brookside Gardens and the Montgomery Parks Community
Gardens will offer a tantalizing selection of native and edible plants for sale, including unusual and hard-to-find vegetables and herbs; native perennials, shrubs, trees, vines, pollinator host plants; and, plants that provide wildlife habitat.

More About Brookside Gardens
At the north end of Wheaton's Regional Park is the colorful and calm Brookside Gardens, a showcase garden with trails. Photography is popular here, but only individual photographers can snap away without a permit. The conservatory offers a daily live butterfly show, usually mid April through early September, while the visitor center offers information on the gardens, as well as a gift shop.
