Work O’The Weavers keeps alive the musical legacy of America’s legendary folk quartet, the Weavers, in a special benefit concert on Saturday, March 2, 2013, 7:30 p.m., at Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church, 6601 Bradley Blvd., Bethesda.
Beneficiary is the Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity Interfaith Unity Build, which will erect 19 low income townhomes in Gaithersburg.
Co-sponsors of the performance, Bradley Hills, Temple Beth Ami, Saint Mark Presbyterian Church and Bethesda Jewish Congregation, represent a unique partnership that brings together houses of worship throughout Montgomery County to support this project.
Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door, $10 for children 15 and under, and $75 for Patrons. The Patron ticket package includes premium seating, pre-concert meet & greet reception with the performers, and a CD. Tickets for the concert may be purchased through the Habitat website at www.habitat-mc.org/faith.
