Nighthawks, Los Fabulocos Entertain Wheaton with Evening Concert
Summer concert series cut down to one evening of blues and roots rock.
The Wheaton Urban District green space morphed into a concert hall Friday evening for the annual TGIF Summer Concert Series. This year, because of budget cuts, the series was limited to one evening concert with the Nighthawks, a Maryland blues band and their friends from Los Angeles, Los Fabulocos.
Dancers of all ages rocked and swayed to the music while Nighthawks fans sold t-shirts, baseball caps and music.
