Our "Guess the Restaurant" feature was on break for a few weeks, but the Wheaton Patch editor had some delicious Bolivian food for lunch last weekend and couldn't pass up the opportunity to snap a photo and pose a challenge to Patch readers.
So, the name of this tasty food is silpancho, a layered dish that starts with some fat french fries, covers that with a thin strip of beef, adds some fried eggs, and tops it all off with a tomato and onion salad.
