Report: Three New Early Voting Centers for Montgomery County

A new law requires the county to have at least eight early voting centers.

The tens of thousands of Montgomery County voters who vote early will have at least three additional centers to choose from, The Gazette reports

Currently, the county operates five early voting centers, but a new law passed by the Maryland General Assembly this year will require counties with more than 450,000 people to have at least eight centers, according to the newspaper.

Where the centers will be and how much it will cost are still unknown.
