White Oak Senior Center invites the public to an Open House on Thursday, March 28 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The Senior Center is located in the White Oak Community Recreation Center, 1700 April Lane, Silver Spring.

The center shares state-of-the-art amenities with the community center, including two full-size gymnasiums, spacious social hall and expansive art and crafts facilities.

There will be demonstrations of Chair Aerobics, Functional Balance, Soul Line Dance, Senior Fit, Tai-Chi, Yogalates, Zumba Gold. Bone Builders presentation, Fall Prevention Lecture and Nutrition Program and much more. For more information visit: http://tinyurl.com/ckfs8z2
