Friends of Brookside Gardens Annual Plant Sale

Fall is a wonderful time for
planting! Come to the Friends of Brookside
Gardens 17th
Annual Plant Sale
and choose from many varieties of perennials, ready to fill the empty spots in
your fall garden. All were carefully selected for seasonal appeal, and have
been lovingly nurtured by an army of volunteers. Among this year’s plants are
several extraordinary re-blooming hydrangeas, a hardy hibiscus with vivid red
blooms as big as dinner plates, a nice selection of shade loving ferns, and
many varieties of evergreen and deciduous shrubs. A container garden created by
FOBG founding president Joan O’Rourke will be raffled at 1:00pm. The sale is open to the public from 10:00am-3:00pm. 10% discount and
early admission from 8:00am-10:00am
offered exclusively to FOBG members. Not a member? Join at the sale.
Memberships will be valid through October 2014. All proceeds benefit Brookside Gardens.
