"Paint the Town" Juried Art Exhibition 2013 & Plein Air Event
Works of local artists on display and for sale throughout the Labor Day Weekend, shown in conjunction with the Kensington Labor Day Parade and Festival on Monday, September 2.
Come celebrate this Labor Day Weekend in The Town of Kensington. Artists from all over Montgomery County converge on Town Hall displaying their creativity with their original artworks. Art in all media: watercolor, acrylic, oil, pastel, mixed media and sculpture is displayed at the show.
Show Hours:
Saturday, August 31, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday, September 1, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Monday, September 2, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
ALSO: Saturday, August 31 - the "Plein Air Event" (open air) - from daybreak to 3 pm - artists set up their easels around town (open to all ages) and PAINT KENSINGTON!
Reception + Meet the Artists: Sat, Aug 31, 6 - 7:30 pm
