Smithsonian American Art Museum POP ART & Legal Seafood Lunch

Thirty-one Iconic pieces of Pop Art

that is usually in storage at the museum is going on display. These are important pieces of work owned by the museum, by VIP artists that were influential for this type of art. I called early and snagged one of the first tours for everyone to enjoy this art.

A few of the items are works from the 1960s by Allan D’Arcangelo, Jim Dine, Robert Indiana, Jasper Johns, Roy Lichtenstein, Claes Oldenburg, Mel Ramos, Robert Rauschenberg, James Rosenquist, Andy Warhol, and Tom Wesselmann.

The adventure doesn't stop their, the group will be going to Legal Seafoods for lunch.  The restaurant is across the street from the museum.
