Wheaton Mall Carnival Survives Rainy Weekend

The carnival, located on the parking lot near JC Penney, opened April 19 and will close April 29. Hours: Weekdays, 6-11 p.m.; Saturday, 1-11 p.m.; and Sunday, 3-11 p.m.
