Wheaton Street Grass

Wheaton street grass are forgotten by the county! I don't understand why they are not cut on time just like Rockville or Silver Spring. Even if they cut the grass they don't clean them they just left them there. Can someone please don't something about it? we are paying tax as SS and Rockville residents!
