County Police Seek Help in Identifying Jewelry
Over 300 pieces of jewelry recovered by detectives
County police are looking for help from the public in identifying over 300 pieces of jewelry recovered in a recent investigation.
Detectives from the 2nd District investigative section believe the jewelry may have been stolen in area burglaries. Some of the pieces have already been identified as stolen.
Detectives are asking residents of Montgomery County and nearby jurisdictions who were victims of a theft or a burglary involving jewelry between June 1, 2009 and Dec. 2, 2010, to contact them by email or telephone by June 4.
