Crime Report: Two Arrests After Kemp Mill Residential Burglary

Montgomery County police have released the latest crime report for the Fourth District, from Jan. 28 - Feb. 5. The list published here is not comprehensive, but rather selects incidents that occurred in or near Wheaton and Kensington.
A residential burglary occurred in the 600 block of Winona Court in the Kemp Mill area of Silver Spring on Thursday, Jan. 31, between 8 a.m. and 6:25 p.m. Forced entry. Property taken.

Arrested: Male, 16, from Silver Spring. Male, 17, from Silver Spring.
A residential burglary occurred in the 11600 block of Gail Street, Silver Spring, on Monday, Feb. 4, between 7 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Unforced entry. Poperty taken.

An attempted robbery occurred in the 1700 block of Republic Road, Silver Spring, on Thursday, Jan. 31, at 7:55 p.m. The suspects threatened the victim with a weapon.
