Kemp Mill Road Closed Post-Sandy: Power Lines Down
See which section of the road is blocked.
A fallen tree is blocking one side of Kemp Mill Road in Wheaton Tuesday afternoon, and police have closed the street to traffic. On its way to the ground, the tree brought down some power lines and a pole.
