Family members last heard from Chang about 1 p.m. while he was visiting with family in the 3000 block of Henderson Avenue in Wheaton. They noticed when he drove off in a family member’s vehicle, according to the release.

Chang is described as an Asian man standing 5-feet, 7-inches with thinning gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black pants, a multicolored sweater, scarf, and a black jacket.

The vehicle he's driving is described as a green 1999 Ford Escort with Maryland registration GPJ473.

Family members are concerned for Chang because he suffers from dementia, takes medication that he does not have on him, and has not driven in recent years.

Police officials ask that anyone with information please call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number, 301-279-8000.
