Police are looking for a suspect who assaulted and raped a 52-year-old woman in the woods near Hewitt Avenue early this morning.
At around 12:50 a.m., the woman was walking northbound on the sidewalk next to Georgia Avenue. The suspect accosted her and forced her into a wooded area, where he raped her and then fled on foot.

Police are looking for a Hispanic male, 5' 5" tall, with a medium build in his 20s with very short black hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and possibly a beige shirt or jacket.
