A Germantown man sought by Montgomery County Police for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a county judge he lived with was formally indicted on criminal charges July 11.
Senning was indicted Friday on charges of kidnapping, false imprisonment, three counts of second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, theft, auto theft, driving under the influence and driving while impaired, reports Montgomery Community Media.
He remains jailed on a $500,000 bond.
According to a statement from prosecutors, Senning allegedly assaulted Judge Audrey Creighton, 53, in her home on May 19 and then kidnapped her, using her vehicle.
Prosecutors said Creighton was able to get out of the vehicle at the Harris Teeter store at 14101 Darnestown Road in Germantown.
Because the victim in the case is a Montgomery County judge, the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office has asked the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office to handle all matters related to it.
