What Would the Glenmont Enterprise Zone Look Like?

These maps show the proposed area where tax breaks could spur development and attract investment.

Montgomery County is proposing the creation of an Enterprise Zone in Glenmont, a move that would bring tax breaks and promote economic development, county officials say.

Maps included in the proposal show the area's geographical boundaries, nearby community resources, property ownership, zoning and income distribution. (See maps attached to this article as PDFs.)

The county will hold a public hearing for the Glenmont Enterprise Zone on Wednesday, March 27, at 6:30 p.m. at the Glenmont Local Park Activity Building, 3201 Randolph Rd., Wheaton.
