About 150 juniors attended a college fair held at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds on April 24. In addition, 43 sophomore and junior students from the school's IB program attended the first annual IB-only college fair hosted by the Mid-Atlantic Association of IB Schools and hepd at American University. Students who attended both of the events reported being overwhelmed by the number of schools who were eager to speak with them about their futures. I didn't attend the college fair for the juniors, but was at the IB-MA fair, where many of the recruiters reported being even more impressed with the students, and their level of ambition and focus.
