Unfortunately we bought a special birthday gift from this establishment. When our sister opened it the chain broke instantly. The products or are such poor quality. The people that sold us the piece boasted how they stand by their product 100% when we took it back they said they would repair. When we picked it up we saw they soddered so poorly in 2 places that is would easily break again. The employees are rude and act as if you are doing them a favor. They are a disgrace to the jewelry business.
