ATTENTION!!! DO NOT DARE ORDER A CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY AT THIS STORE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE SERIOUSLYRead More DISSAPOINTED AND HUMILIATED BY THE EMPLOYEE OF THIS STORE I placed a custom order at this store last spring. It was a ring and a necklage. After many trips at this store and after I had paid my ring off, and have gotten into many arguments with the head people of this store (Salkan and Mallick); I finally got my ring last october; yet without the necklace. So, I went through the same issue again with those two guys in order to get my necklace. In addition, they were avoiding my calls. Then I got my necklace. BUT, BUT, BUT the necklace was a 10kt instead of 14kt. I found this the same day I left the store to another Jewelry store to reduced the length of the chain. So I came back to them and I handed it to (Salkan) one of the manager of whatever of that store. He told me that the whole necklace is a 14k and that it is only the handle that is 10k. He nodded it was a mistake and that he should send it to their Jeweller to fix it. He then told me to come get it in two days. More than two days later, I called the store, and guess what? That Salkan said that" THE JEWELLERS BROKE THE NECKLACE WHEN HE WAS ADJUSTING IT, SO HE IS MAKING A NEW ONE FOR YOU. IT SHOULD BE READY IN ONE WEEK" I knew he was lying because the necklace was not 14k in the first place. So he knew that I will go check it again. Since then I have not received my necklace. This is already on month. The last time he told me that my necxklace will be ready on Wednesday. Wednesday has expired and my necklace is nowhere to be found. I have already paid for the entire order. The ring was about $2000+ and the necklace $450. It is diamond ring and necklace. They are rude to me since they swallowed my money. I just called and (MALICK ) acted like he does not know me and told me "SALKAN IS BUSY RIGHT NOW" OOOHHH my gosh, what type of customer service is that. When you go to that store for the first time they act friendly until they get your money and suddenly they turn into (GIANTS PIRANACONDA). I will never set my food in this store after I get my necklace and I will make sure that no one that I know set his foot there. They are all crazy and should not all go back to school to study management before they can sell. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME AND ENERGY TO WASTE, BECAUSE THIS IS A (((TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY CONSUMING STORE....THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR NOBODY AND HAVE FOR MISSION TO ROB THEIR CUSTOMERS...........
