Lembas was introduced by a friend of mine who likes to visit and taste new local restaurants and bakeries. However, Lembas was not new, and they have been in the business for 5 years. The friend brought many different flavors of cakes for our house warming party, and all enjoyed cakes. Especially, tres leches and tiramizu cakes are the best of best in my experience.
