This restaurant must have changed owners or management. Not only was the food truly awful but the waiter stole our credit card and used it to buy $50 worth of stuff 20 minutes after we left the restaurant!!! Stay away!! Obviously this should be no stars!

Lucia's was a staple in the Wheaton community, but was sold to new owners about a year ago. After months of unpaid rent it was eventually shut down and the space is now up for lease. It is a lot of work to run a restaurant and during these tough economic times it can be too much. The new owners changed the menu too which alienated a lot of the old customers. Hopefully we can get another Italian Restaurant in Wheaton.
