One of my first introductions to the Wheaton area was Ruan Thai. And I have to admit -- it may have helped pushed me to make the Transcontinental moved from CA to MD.
What the restaurant lacks in decor and overall appearance - it makes up for twelve fold in the food. Don't be scared off by the exterior look to the building or the 'parking lot' -- judge this book by it's food. You wont' regret it.
