Stop by Wednesdays and Thursdays 6pm - 8pm and Sundays 2pm - 4pm and knit, spin or weave with The Yarn Spot's "fabric folks."

Visited a few times -- took a class there -- everyone was friendly, the shop itself offers a HUGE variety. Only slightly do you get the feeling that you are being "looked at" if you aren't a super knitter -- but for the most part a great place.
