Veterans of Foreign Wars

<p>The Silver Spring Memorial Post 2562 is a local VFW.  Here, members enjoy a fully stocked bar, plenty of seating, and a large function hall. This is a great place for social events for members and their families and guests.  Post 2562 is dedicated to service of their community and nation. The ballroom is available for rent.</p> <p>There are regular events, including Taco Night each Monday; Bring-a-dish, hosted once each month; Pub Night, every second Wednesday; and music entertainment on Saturday nights.</p> <p>This VFW is  the proud home of five past state commanders.</p>
