The instructors specialize in the Korean disciplines of Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido, and the methods can help individuals of any age or skill set develop lifelong qualities like self-discipline, patience, humility, courage and confidence.

Physical benefits, such as weight control and increased flexibility, can also be achieved by dedicated students. Training in the use of weapons like nunchucks, ropes and swords is also offered. Camp programs are provided in the summer for children ages three to five.
