What's Open in Wheaton on Labor Day
Find out which parts of Wheaton Regional Park are closed this Monday.
If you're planning to spend Labor Day weekend at Wheaton Regional Park, keep in mind that these areas will be closed all or part of the time: Wheaton Tennis will be open Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., but will be closed on Monday. Wheaton Ice Arena will be closed all weekend. Brookside Nature Center will be closed on Labor Day. Wheaton Train & Carousel will be open all weekend, including Labor Day, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The weather is looking beautiful for this holiday weekend, so why not spend some time outside? For your convenience, Patch has compiled a list of hours for Montgomery County Parks in the Wheaton area: - Brookside Gardens Visitors Center — Open all weekend including Memorial Day, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The “Wings of Fancy” Exhibit will be open all weekend including Memorial Day, 10 a.m – 4 p.m. - Wheaton Train & Carousel at Wheaton Regional Park– Open all weekend. May 26-27, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.; May 28, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. - Wheaton Tennis will offer a 50 percent discount on court time (for $7.50 /hour) on Memorial Day, Monday, May 28.
