Have been here since Dec '80. The Plaza and Metro have been here for yrs...that's nothing new and no special NEW attractions. It's the economy. This Plaza is no diff from Rockville or downtown Silver Spring, except that there may be fewer police on foot. Haven't spent two relaxed hrs or eaten in DC in four yrs and don't care to.   more ›
