UPDATE: Missing 91-Year-Old Silver Spring Man Found

John Johnson had gone missing from a care facility on Musgrove Road.

Update, Nov. 19: Johnson was located in Washington, D.C., safe and unharmed, according to police.  Original post, Nov. 18: Montgomery County police are seeking the public's help in locating a 91-year-old man who went missing from the Calverton area of Silver Spring on Sunday. According to police, John Johnson was last seen at a care facility at 2501 Musgrove Road around 12:30 p.m. Johnson is described as 5' 8" 165-pound black male. He is said to be balding with gray hair on the sides of his head. At the time he was last seen, police said Johnson was wearing a black hat, a black jacket with white pin stripes, and black sweat pants. Authorities are asking anyone with information on Johnson’s whereabouts to call the Montgomery County Police …

UPDATE: Missing Silver Spring Woman Found in North Carolina

Brinne Evangeline Olson, 29, was missing for a week.

Update, Nov. 14 Brinne Evangeline Olson was located in North Carolina safe and unharmed on Wednesday, after having been reported missing a week earlier, according to Montgomery County police. Original story, Nov. 9 Montgomery County police are searching for Brinne Evangeline Olson, 29, of the 13100 block of Hutchinson Way in Silver Spring. She was reported missing on Nov. 7.  According to police, Olson was last seen at her residence near John F. Kennedy High School on Nov. 3. However, detectives say they have determined that Olson was involved in a vehicle collision on Nov. 5 in New Burn, NC. UPDATE: Missing Rockville Teen Located in Wheaton

Darrionte Hebron, 15, had been last seen on Oct. 1 at the Wheaton Community Center, police said.

Updated story, 4:22 p.m. Darrionte Hebron, 15, of Rockville, was located unharmed in Wheaton on Thursday, according to Montgomery County Police.  Original story, 1:40 p.m. Montgomery County Police are searching for a 15-year-old boy who was last seen in Wheaton on Monday afternoon. Darrionte Hebron, of the 600 block of Maryland Avenue in Rockville, was seen at the Wheaton Community Center on Georgia Avenue on Oct. 1, at approximately 2 p.m.   He is described as a black male, 5’8’’ tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair. UPDATE: Missing Woman from Leisure World Located in Arlington

Libby Appel Leibowitz, 91, was last seen leaving her home Thursday morning, but was found Friday afternoon in Arlington, Va.

Update, 2:27 p.m. Libby Appel Leibowitz, 91, of Silver Spring, was located Friday afternoon in Arlington, Va., after going missing Thursday morning, according to Montgomery County Police. Original story, 11:18 a.m. Montgomery County Police are searching for a 91-year-old woman from Silver Spring who went missing Thursday morning. Libby Appel Leibowitz, 91, of the 15000 block of Haslemere Court in Silver Spring, was last seen leaving her residence in her vehicle on Sept. 13 at 10:45 a.m. She was driving a dark green 2003 Toyota Camry with Maryland tag number AMS562. Missing Silver Spring Woman Found Unharmed

Margie Lee Brown, of Springvale Road, was last known to be at her home on Thursday, April 12.

Update (April 14, 10:30 p.m.): Margie Lee Brown, of the 8600 block of Springvale Road in Silver Spring, has been located safe and unharmed in Washington, DC, according to Montgomery County police.  Original post (April 14, 4:23 p.m.): Montgomery County detectives are searching for a 69-year-old Silver Spring woman who suffers from dementia. Margie Lee Brown, of the 8600 block of Springvale Road, was last known to be at her home on Thursday, April 12, according to a police statement. Brown is a black female, approximately 5 feet tall and 150 pounds. She wears a black or brown wig and has brown eyes. UPDATE: Missing 11-year-old Shanice Elliot Found Safe

Shanice had been last seen Friday at Francis Scott Key Middle School in Silver Spring.

Update, 4:40 p.m. Shanice Elliot, who had gone missing Friday afternoon, was found safe and unharmed on Saturday, police said. Original story, 1 p.m. Montgomery County police are searching for a missing 11-year-old girl from Silver Spring. Shanice Elliot, of the 11200 block of Lockwood Drive, was last seen at approximately 2:40 p.m. on March 16, according to police. She left Francis Scott Key Middle School, located at 910 Schindler Dr. in Silver Spring, and never returned home from school. Police described Shanice as a black female, approximately 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 80 pounds. She has brown eyes and shoulder-length black hair that she wears in a ponytail. Wheaton Resident Alexis Alston Found Safe

Police said that Alston has mental and physical conditions.

  Alexis Alston, 19, has been found unharmed Thursday morning, according to Montgomery County Police. The missing person search began after Alston, of the 12600 block of Blueridge Avenue in Wheaton, was last seen at her residence on Feb. 22 at approximately 10:30 p.m.  Alston has a "diminished mental capacity," according to police. Police also said that Alston is “non-verbal”, suffers from several medical conditions and walks with a limp.

Police Searching for Missing Wheaton Man

Ramos, 70, has not been seen since Sunday morning.

Update, July 14: Ramos has been found safe and unharmed. Original Story, July 11: Police from the 4th District are asking for assistance in finding Rafael Nery Ramos, a Wheaton resident who went missing yesterday. Ramos, a 70-year-old man who recently moved to the Wheaton area from New York, was last seen at 11 a.m. on July 10 at his residence in the 2200 block of Glenallan Avenue. Ramos' family is concerned as he suffers from multiple medical conditions.  Ramos is a Hispanic male, 5’11”, 125 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair.
