Mall Watch: Teavana, Auntie Anne's, Crazy 8
New businesses at Westfield Wheaton: one has already opened, the other two are on their way.
Wheaton Mall, Wheaton Plaza, Westfield Wheaton--whatever it is that you call it, there's no denying that the shopping center plays a key role in Wheaton's business scene. Here's a "Mall Watch" update from Patch for early December: - Crazy 8, a clothing store for young children and babies, opened the Wednesday before Thanksgiving on the upper level near the food court. - Teavana, an upscale tea store, has not yet opened, although its projected opening timeframe was late fall 2012. - Auntie Anne's, the pretzel staple of malls around America, still bears a "Coming in Fall 2012" sign, despite the fact that it's now December. TaL: That sounds about right. Do we have a date yet on the Costco opening? I read March 2013 somewhere, I sure hope it is sooner. more ›
