Wheaton Crime: Multiple Armed Robberies

Montgomery County police have released the latest crime report for the Fourth District, from Oct. 15-22. The list published here is not comprehensive, but rather selects incidents that occurred in or near Wheaton. An armed robbery occurred in the 2900 block of Kingswell Drive in Wheaton on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 2:50 p.m. The suspects threatened the victim with a weapon and obtained property. A strong-arm robbery occurred in the area of Valleywood Drive and Henderson Road in Wheaton on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 9:00 a.m. The suspects assaulted the victim and removed property. An armed robbery occurred in the 11200 block of Grandview Ave. in Silver Spring on Saturday, Oct. 20, at 9:47 p.m. The suspects threatened the victims with a weapon and …
