    Had them prepare a bouquet for my wife on Valentine's Day, and they did an excellent job. They excluded flowers I knew she wouldn't like, included some I knew she would, and added flowers that I wouldn't have known of. The whole bouquet looked beautiful, and my wife was very happy to get them and show them off.

    I'll admit that I didn't like the mall 5 years ago and generally went nowhere other than Macy's, Target, and JCPenney because it had loads of empty space and low-rent stores. It's never going to be the fanciest mall, but new and incoming stores like Teavana, Elevated Burger, Panera, Mayorga, Costco, Dick's, H&M, and Yankee Candle are offerings I would never have expected back then. As someone living in the area, I appreciate the improvements in this mall and have begun to use it more frequently. It will never be an upscale place meant for Chevy Chase or Bethesda, but it also is no longer unwelcoming, and that's a huge plus.

    The one-day closing is not a good thing, but this is still one of the best, if not the best, Chinese restaurants in Wheaton. I will keep coming until a second violation occurs. Then I'll go elsewhere. Does anyone know what the conditions were?
