Teens give feedback to County Officials this Thursday, May 31, from 3 - 8 pm at the Silver Spring Civic Building.

Congratulations to everyone involved in the successful grand opening of the Long Branch Senior International Garden. Special kudos to Mary Pelz, Dianne Smith, Morris Buster, Master Gardener Patrick, and the entire staff at Long Branch Senior Center. The garden received funding through a grant from the state. Following a tai chi class, the over 100 seniors were joined by State Del. Sheila Hixson, Deputy Secretary for the Maryland Department on Aging Irene Rosenthal, Gabe Albornoz, Jeff Bourne, Phil Smakula and others.
