I'll bet our County Council will pass another smoking ban to remedy this problem since that's what they seem to be better than anything else.

Once again home invaders shoot citezens and the County Executive Leggett, Police Chief Manger, Md Delegates Carr and Guiterez, MD Senator Maldaleno, Governor O'Malley, and Attorney general gansler get on their soap box to push knee jerk "Safety" bills to prevent the law abiding citizens the ability to defend themselves and their homes with firearms in common use. Call your delegates/Senators today to tell them not to support House Bill 294, and senate Bill 281. While your at it tell them you want them to use the law on the books currently to prosecute to the fullest extent with no early release or parole.

This home invasion was not the first and have become more prevelant in our state and local community. Please note elected Maryland Sheriffs statewide are against the O'Malley gun ban bills, and the politically apointed police brass are for it. What does that tell you? This is a political mandate to bolster O'Malley's political career NOT to keep you safe. Talk to police officers off the record and they will tell you they are against the gun ban bill as they want you not to be restricted from protecting your home wih firearms in common use.

This can happen to anyone, criminals don't care about laws. But O'Malley doesn't care for the safety of law abiding citizens instead he is making it easier for criminals to take advantage of you.
