Bethesda, MD-based Washington Property Company (WPC) is putting the final touches on its latest luxury apartment community, Solaire Wheaton, located just two blocks from the Wheaton station on Metrorail’s Red Line linking Washington, DC with  its Maryland suburbs. Apartments are leasing quickly, and some residents already have moved in.
