Post Your Yard Sale on Wheaton Patch

Every weekend in Wheaton is an opportunity to sell your stuff to yard sale shoppers. Whether you are a homeowner, church or civic organization, let the community know about your event by posting it for free on our events calendar.

Here’s how to post your yard sale or garage sale:

1. Choose "Events" from the top navigation bar on this page. Once on the events page, you can click "Add an Event."
2. Give your event a title, such as "Two-Family Garage Sale in Glenmont"
3. Enter a date and time for the event.
4. In the "Where" spot, enter the address of the event.
5. Add a description letting the community know what the event is for, what items you are selling and anything else you think is relevant.
6. Click “Upload Photos and Video” to add some pictures if you have them.
7. Choose the “Garage Sale” category for the event.
8. Click "Post My Event," and it will show up on the events calendar shortly.

The Patch community will then know about your sale, and we may feature it on the homepage.
