Great Escape: Go Ape! Treetop Adventure in Rockville

Get out of your weekend rut and get that adrenalin pumping!

Whether your dream is to swing through the trees like Tarzan, or zoom via zip-line like G.I. Joe, Go Ape!'s treetop adventure course near Lake Needwood in Rockville is a thrilling way to spend a weekend day with friends or a date.

Adventurers—referred to as "Gorillas"—are outfitted with harnesses and pulleys, and then invited to travel through the treetops on the company's award-winning bridges, ladders, zip lines, walkways and tunnels. The course is constructed of  super-strong wires, wood and rope designed to securely hold persons at least 4 feet 7 inches in height, up to 285 pounds in weight and of average fitness.  Before setting off through the trees, participants are given a thorough safety training and instructors are stationed throughout the course to provide assistance.

To get your adrenalin pumping, book your Go Ape! adventure today.
