In an interesting twist, the restaurant serves a hybrid Thai and Peruvian-style rotisserie chicken. The bird is roasted with Thai seasonings, but you can purchase all the traditional french fry and yucca sides, and mayo and spicy sauces, typical of a Peruvian chicken joint.
