Five things to help you plan your day.

1. No umbrellas needed today... expect a clear, sunny day with highs in this mid to uppper 80s. North winds of about five mph will stick around, turning southerly in the afternoon. This evening will be partly cloudy, becoming mostly cloudy later with lows in the mid 60s.

2. It's a beautiful day for an outing--for a nearby summertime nature treat visit Brookside Gardens for their "Wings of Fancy" live butterfly exhibit, where you (and the kids) can watch and learn about a variety of beautiful butterflies. Open 10 a.m. - 4 p..m.

3. Jobs and Maryland's economy were hot topics at this week's Town Hall Meeting hosted by District 18 elected representatives at . Residents of Wheaton and nearby areas pressed state Sen. Richard S.
